Recognized by Duke & the University of North Carolina. NC Pilates offers private instruction on the Reformer, Cadillac & Wunda Chair, Mat & Equipment classes as well as Instructor Training. Redcord Active (like TRX) & Physical Therapy are also available. Our studio is OPEN by appointment & at scheduled class starting times. Complimentary tours are available by appointment.
