Please submit payment for massage therapy services directly to NC Pilates. Cash, check MD/VISA/Discover are accepted. Although insurance is not accepted, medical documentation can be provided upon request. GIFT CERTIFICATES are available!

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:  requires 24 hour notice. Any time retained over the scheduled hour is calculated in 15 minute increments. More than one hour of therapy time may be suggested &/or requested.  Dependent upon client needs & the therapists availability, additional therapy time may be requested within a particular session. If you may arrive late for a scheduled session, appropriate preparation & closure will be allowed.

As a reminder, each session includes a basic safety assessment. For a more complex evaluation & consultation, please inquire about additional time for your session. For your safety, our therapist may also prefer to obtain a complete evaluation &/or physician referral prior to provision of services.
