Class Descriptions

Mat - a one hour class, typically no apparatus, but sometimes we use props!

Equipment Class - instructor guided workout on studio reformers, cadillac, wunda chairs and/or barrels. up to five students, must have equipment experience.

Gyrokenesis - Movements starts on stools and then moves to the floor. Six-week session.
